Judith Agism

Voted the "Most Bewitiching Publicist" in DNR's Editor's Choice Awards, Judith M. Agisim is a renowned public relations leader. Judith's reputation for strategically enhancing the image of her diverse clientele, coupled with her innate ability to connect to a client's core vision, established her namesake agency, Judith Agisim Associates, as a premier communications firm.

Before co-founding J Street Consultancy and Judith Agisim Associates, Judith was President of Miguel Cruz, an haute couture men's and women's fashion house based in Milan. There, Judith was responsible for the operation, advertising, and expension of the company worldwide. Preceeding this venture, Judith was Senior Vice President of FMR, the esoteric art magazine published by Franco Mario Ricci. In this role, Judith tapped into her enthusiasm for both the art and publishing world. Prior to this, Judith discovered what would become her greatest passion - the fashion industry. As Senior Vice President of Arbitro for Alvear, a privately held leather apparel company, Judith spearheaded retail distribution, advertising and public relations.

Judith Agisim's additional experience includes work in radio with WOR, WNEW-FM and Eastman Radio, Mobil Oil and American Express; the latter, providing her with the critical skills necessary to effectively navigate the world of Fortune 500 companies.

Judith Agisim earned her MBA from New York University. She is an active member of Advertising Women of New York, National Association of Female Executives and The Fashion Group. She resides in New York City with her husband Leslie. Their 28 year-old son, Taylor, is in Private Equity in New York City.

Jordana Waxman

Jordana Waxman began her career at Judith Agisim Associates. It was there, working with clients such as Robert Marc Opticians, Tumi, the Italian Trade Commission and Brioni, that Jordana learned the importance of storytelling. During this time it became evident that she had an innate ability to romance a brand and create consumer desire.

Jordana has had the opportunity to work for esteemed companies such as Chlopak, Leonard Schecher & Associates in Washington D.C. and in New York City, Estee Lauder Companies, DDB Worldwide, Redscout and Sam Edelman Shoe Inc. Throughout these experiences Jordana has proved herself a marketing professional that achieves results through innovative thinking, problem solving and initiative. She is creatively driven with expertise in brand creation and awareness, integrated marketing, research and analysis.

At the University of Colorado at Boulder Jordana pursued a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a concentration in Latin American studies. Before officially pursuing her professional career, Jordana spent a year in this region, bringing her education to life.

Jordana, a native Manhattanite, now happily resides in Brooklyn Heights.
